Nature of the service
Rihlat is a listing and contact platform: it displays the services of registered companies and guides and connects you to them directly. The travel contract itself is between you and the provider, who is responsible for delivering the programme and for the cancellation policy stated on its page.
Verification
A verified badge means a valid licence or tourism registry entry was submitted at the time of review. The badge lapses automatically when the licence expires.
Reviews
Reviews are accepted from customers who contacted or booked through the platform. We may remove reviews that breach our policy, and we do not alter reviews for payment.
Subscriptions
A provider subscription pays for presence on the platform and includes no commission on that provider’s bookings.
